King of Rock & Roll - King of Soul - King of Pop


Elvis Aaron Presley was born to Vermon and Gladys Presley in Tupelo, Mississippi on January 8, 1935. Later in 1948 Elvis and his parents moved to Memphis, Tennessee where Elvis graduated from Humes High School in 1953.

Elvis, music influenced country and pop music doing his time. By 1956, Elvis was an international sensation with songs and a style of dancing that was never seen before.

Elvis, fame and style changed the music of his time and open a door for others to be accepted with music that would be different than the music people were use to hearing.

Evis, will always be know as the King of Rock and Roll.



James Joseph Brown, born to Susie and Joseph Gardner who change his last name to Brown in honor of Matttie Brown who raised him in Barnell, South Carolina. James Brown and his family live in property and his parents later seperated and James moved from house to house and later lived with his aunt where he grew up on the streets.
James Brown was known as the hardest working man in show business. His dedication to his music and unique form of entertainment earned him the nick name of Godfather of Soul. Once again the door was open for society to open their heart to a different form of entertainment.
James Brown will go down in history as the King of Soul.

Michael Joseph Jackson, born August 29, 1958 in Gary, Indiana to Katherine Esther Scruse and Joseph Walter Jackson. Michael was the seventh child of Katherine and Joe Jackson. Determine to have a better life for their children Joe Jackson, who is a musician himself, used music to uplift his family to a world famous group called The Jackson Five.
As with Elvis Presley and James Brown, Michael unique singing and dance movements moved him to a place in Pop that no one has ever entered before. Michael's music have been hear ed all over the World.
Despite the lows in Michael life he will always be known as the King of Pop.
Three Kings
that have change our music
and way of dancing forever is
no longer with us.
But their music and the influence
that the world enjoyed will be with us.
Now I must say that the
Three Kings must now
bow before the Kings of Kings.
